King of Dragon Pass (a-sharp.com/kodp) is now on Windows Phone. Originally a computer game published in 1999, it was updated for iOS in 2011, and then ported to Android just a month ago. Now, Windows Phone gamers can start playing it too. If you prefer graphically intensive games, this might not be for you. King of Dragon Pass focuses more on the story. These games are addictive, entertaining, challenging and are highlighted in the Indie Game Spotlight Collection in the Store. The Collection features forty gaming titles and for this week's roundup, we've plucked four games that should appeal to most.

File this headline under late-breaking, but Citi Cards (online.citibank.com) has finally released their popular app for Windows Phone 8 and 8.1 users. According to our forums, Citi started exploring building an app for Microsoft's platform 11 months ago, and today, it is live and ready for download.
Citibank is currently one of the top credit card and financial institutions around, and Windows Phone tends to have a gap when it comes to official banking apps, especially in Western markets. Bringing 128-bit encryption the Citi Cards app lets users log in and fully manage their accounts without using the web browser.
A few weeks back it was announced that the Canada would finally be picking up a new Lumia, specifically the Lumia 830, after what seems like an eternity of no interesting Windows Phones. Although we knew Canada was getting the new Lumia 830, the carrier and release date was a mystery. Today, we now know at least one of those, the operator.
Rogers is the lucky – and perhaps obvious – candidate for the Lumia 830 and indeed, stores are evidently already putting dummy demo units out for customers to take for a test ride. Reader of the site Mike R. swung by his local Rogers and found this Lumia 830 demo unit available for some public fondling. In the photos that Mike supplied us, you can see some of the Rogers marketing material behind the Lumia 830.
It looks like Microsoft and its OEM partners are being more aggressive with tablets running Windows. The Pipo Work-W4 slate could launch well under $100 and is expected to be riced at just $81, or RMB 499. Still a concept at this point, the device is expected to ship with a full version of Windows, not Windows RT, as it is powered by Intel's chipset.
Through a new decision made by the European Aviation Safety Agency, or EASA, the doors may be opening up to in-flight phone calls, emails, and streaming video on a flight in Europe in the future. Though EASA had allowed the use of personal electronic devices (PEDs) on flights in airplane mode last year, the new ruling on Friday would allow these devices to remain on whether or not they are placed into a transmission-restrictive airplane mode.
Following on the heels of the Xbox Video update for Windows 8.1, this afternoon the Phone version is also picking up a nice update. The last update was two weeks ago, and like Music, the Xbox teams are keeping busy in improving their app.

Lumia devices feature colorful polycarbonate materials that give them a distinct look. Some devices have integrated the use of metal, like the frames on Lumia 925, Lumia 930, Lumia Icon, and Lumia 830, but no Lumia devices currently feature a unibody metallic design. Some people in the WPCentral forums have expressed interest in a metallic Lumia device. Are you one of them?

In addition, we can expect a few more email tools for the addicts out there.

First up, let us talk about Xbox Music, which has the most attractive of the two changelogs. Microsoft has been getting very good with these changelogs as the app even gives you a swanky toast notification when you re-launch it after the update, telling you what is new. Well done!
