yeah even Rogers seems to be selling it for $230

That's with an activation. And WIND will give the unlock code for free. Perfect for somebody like me, whose carrier (Bell) currently has no WP devices...

I have the 710 since 4 weeks now and I am pretty happy. Before that I had a HD2 with WP7 on it and wanted to keep it until Apollo is released but the screen quit on me. No wow factor here but the 710 is a good device with basically the same hardware that the 900 sports for a reasonable price so it will keep me going for a while.

I like how the screen is the same color as the device and it has physical buttons. Hmmm, might be a good buy for the gf to replace the Surround. Hell I like it enough for me.
