Earlier this week, we reported that BLU is selling their new Win JR Windows Phone direct through Amazon.com (direct link). The fully unlocked, dual-SIM device is the first Windows Phone from the fledgling company and at $89 and no contract, it seems too good to be true. At the time, we noted how ours was on the way and sure enough, Amazon delivered it on time today.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I was told there was a Harley Davidson-branded Windows Phone lurking about the halls of IFA 2014. The idea of such fancified devices — be it Samsung's Giorgio Armani Samsung Galaxy S or LG's Prada line — isn't entirely unheard of. And Harley Davidson has become something of a fashion brand in certain circles, though not the same circles as the Armani and Prada crowd. So it was with some trepidation that I found the booth of NGM and asked to see their first Windows Phone.

They have also announced the Lumia Denim update, which brings extra features and enhancements to existing Lumia smartphones. One of those new features is Lumia Camera. Announced today, the Nokia Lumia 730 dual SIM and Lumia 735 are built for Skype users and those who love selfies. It features a 5-megapixel front-facing, wide-angle camera, so you can include more people in the shot, while having image quality that is normally reserved for front-facing cameras. XOLO, the Indian handset maker, introduced the world's lightest Windows Phone 8.1 device – XOLO Win Q900s – a couple of months ago.

The device is finally available for sale broadly across all authorized retail counters and modern trade chains at a price of INR 9,999 (US$ 165). Previously, it was available to pre-order for some time at online retailer Snapdeal and went on sale a couple of weeks ago at Flipkart, who ran out of stocks in a flash.
