FrogSling2: Windows Phone Game Review
FrogSling2 is the sequel to the popular Windows Phone game from DiNo Games. FrogSling2 picks up where FrogSling left off with you launching the amphibians from a sling shot into various buckets, pales, and other targets.
The multi-level game has quality graphics, interesting animations and game play is challenging enough to keep you interested. FrogSling2 may not appeal to everyone but if you're looking for an entertaining game to pass the time with, it's worth a try.
FrogSling2's game play is just like the original's in that you have to snatch up frogs as they hop across the screen and shoot them from a sling shot into various containers. The first three levels are basically tutorials giving you a feel for the game. From there targets get more challenging (moving targets, basketball hoops, etc.) and you will run across a few side jobs (take out flies with your frogs) to make the level more interesting.
To shoot your frogs, just tap/hold onto them as they hop about and drag them to the sling shot. Once in place, slide down to pull back on the sling shot and a trajectory line will appear to help you aim. Once you have it all lined up, release the screen and watch the frog fly.
Each level has a limited number of frogs and you'll need to meet a scoring goal to advance to the next level. Each level gets more challenging than the last.
Overall, FrogSling2 is a fun game to pass the time with. Graphics and animations are nice, game play challenging enough to keep you interested, and with multiple targets and side jobs there is plenty of gaming involved.
FrogSling2 is a free, ad-supported game for your Windows Phone that you can find here at the Windows Phone Store.
