Let's Golf 2 now available in the Marketplace for $4.99 [Xbox LIVE]

Golf fan? Neither are we. But we have to admit that Let's Golf 2 actually looks kind of fun, mostly because it's not a "dead serious" golf game (translation: boring), but rather more in the vein of "lets have fun with this". We're okay with that. As we wrote earlier on the game:

"First revealed during E3 in June, Let’s Golf 2 is a port of the popular iPhone game. It’s got attractive and stylized 3D graphics (based on Sony’s Hot Shots Golf series), 8 different golfers, and 6 courses containing a total of 108 holes in total. That’s a lot of golfing!"

Indeed. The game is a massive 168MB in size, so get your WiFi ready for the download. Now grab your white pants, gloves and head over here to the Marketplace to get downloading, you'll want to start before the sunrise!

Can anyone else connect to live on it?

no it doesn't work ... the xbox live function is broken.

That is really high! I was just looking at this game for my N8, and it is on sale for 99c (reg price $2.99). I am really NOT looking forward to the prices of games once I purchase a Nokia WP!

Welcome to the same complaint most of us had since the release of the phone :/.

This game was released on the Blackberry Playbook last month, for $6.99! Granted it was labeled Lets Golf 2 HD. Regardless, i felt I wasted money as I just dont enjoy this game. Career mode is a joke compared to Tiger Woods or basically any other realistic sports game.

Looks kinda fun... I wouldn't mind having a decent golf game on the go. I miss Hot Shots from my PSP.

I am a huge Golf Fan, but not really a fan of this game..

mmm, graphics in no way comparable to Android / iOS once again. I occasionally have the 'first gen' regrets, but it's still and awesome OS.Cannot work out for the life of me why graphics pale in comparison to other platforms.

Dark Mirage says:

Because our graphics processor is woefully out of date, even compared to that of the iPhone 4. And while the newer line of Windows Phones is much mroe comparable, if not somewhat better, these games need to work for ALL Windows phones for the time being.

$4.99 is a deal breaker. Period.
