Men's Fitness UK launches official Windows 8 app to help you get fit

Men's Fitness UK

Are you a fan of keeping fit while also an avid reader of the Men's Fitness UK magazine (www.mensfitness.co.uk)? You may wish to check out the official app now available for Windows 8. We urge you to be prepared as this is a fully featured experience, packed full of interactive workouts, nutrition advice, interviews with movie and sports stars and more.

If you're not up on your knowledge and are wondering what exactly Men's Fitness UK is, it's a monthly men's magazine specialising in health and fitness and published by Dennis Publishing in the UK and Ireland. Regardless as to what level of fitness you're striving to achieve, the magazine is a useful resource for anyone looking to take training seriously.

What we're looking at here is an interactive issue manager and reader to enjoy the publicised content when on the move.

Men's Fitness UK

If you're already an active subscriber, you'll be able to hop right in and enjoy the monthly issues, but fear not if you're yet to register as it's fairly painless and doesn't cost the end of the world. The issues themselves feature step-by-step workouts and video form guides to help you get started with keeping fit and reaching your desired personal level.

The navigation and general experience of the app (and subsequent issues) is good with quick and speedy access to get to individual articles you desire. We were also impressed by the download speed for the issues, compared to other magazine solutions which can prove to take some time when fetching all that content from the cloud.

To get slightly social (and for some free marketing), it's possible to share stories you read in each issue with friends and family. It's a neat app and one we'd strongly recommend for active subscribers or those who are looking for such a resource.

Should you download the app now, you'll be able to pick up February's issue for just 69p (usually £2.99). You can grab Men's Fitness UK from the Windows Store for free.

I guess this statement will make some smile, "No app for Americans"? I would love this app for the usa since I subscribed before
