Rogers accepting pre-orders for the Nokia Lumia 900

Nokia Lumia pre-order at Rogers Canada

While we had all hoped the Nokia Lumia 900 Windows Phone to become available today, there is some good news. Rogers Canada is now accepting pre-orders for the Lumia 900.

As an added bonus, as was teased earlier, those who pre-order the 900 are entered for a chance to win a private screening of The Dark Knight Rises and a special edition Dark Knight Lumia 900. Five runners up will have to catch the movie in theaters but will get a special edition Lumia 900 (likely designed just like the Dark Knight Lumia 800).

Pre-order (new customers) costs for the Lumia 900 will run $99.99. Reserve orders (existing customers) appears to be running $159.99.  Unfortunately the only date we could find is the deadline for the movie contest (April 10th).  There was no reference on an expected ship date.

You can find all the details on pre-ordering the Lumia 900 and the Dark Knight contest here at Rogers Canada.

Thanks, Matthieu, for the tip

It looks like they're advertising a broken screen.

willied says:

I was going to say it looks like they're trying to make it look like an iPhone's screen after it gets dropped on the floor. ha

It's a picture of the Batman symbol

That's not his point. He's saying it looks like they're advertising a broken screen.

JCCR90 says:

AT&T should do something similar and also put a freaking date on it.

Do any of the higher end lumias work on tmobile 3g network ?

Rogers & AT&T use 850/1900 for 3G.

It looks like it's down. At least I can't actually get to the new or existing pre-order page.
Hopefully that means everybody is wants one!

Damnit! Bell needs to hurry up and get this phone!

mrolympia74 says:

I seriously hope it for out before the 12th of April. Somehow I don't think it wil

Bifurcated says:

They seem to have pulled this for now. There's no apparent way to get to this page from Rogers' site without a direct link. And clicking on the reserve/pre-order button just bumps to the portal. It's possible to reserve through the My Rogers /My Account page, but there is no pricing information.
And talk about feeling reared - as a loyal 10-year plus customer, I get to pay $159 while new customers pay $99? Don't they know that Telus is selling the Lumia 800 for $25?

ArtSooby says:

I tried to call Rogers to pre-order it, but they are not aware about that. So, it look like this web site wasn't suppose to show up today :S
