We knew the Dell Venue Pro was inching closer to a U.S. release when it passed through the FCC the other day. We also know that the Dell Windows Phone goes on sale in Europe on Monday, the 8th.
We are now learning that the Venue Pro will be available through Microsoft on November 8th in the U.S. and through Dell.com on November 15th. There is no information on pricing or if the phone will be available through both Microsoft's retail stores and online store on the 8th.
So, did your choice of which Windows Phone to buy on Monday get tougher?

Not really. My choice would be one that allowed side-loading, multitasking, "Today" screen replacements, alternate media players and browsers, and all the other painfully missing features.
Well, considering CnP is coming sooner rather than later, maybe there's hope yet.
Nope, this was always my choice and I'm glad its finally got an official availability date. Got the credit card ready, just need to know where to buy!!

I think MS has done a great job for the little time that they have had to build a brand new OS..

Played with the Dell Venue tonight at MS Store in Scottsdale, AZ. Is awesome. Love look and feel. Great screen. Feels hefty. According to them - they will sell it on Monday with others.
This isn't my original choice but if I can't get a Omnia7 with 16GB then I'll look out for this one. I'll just have to import it though, but hey, as long as I can I'm ready if the specs hold and I can have lots of storage.
I'm hoping this is tri/quad band as well, I don't remember what freq it supports.
Too bad I don't have a Microsoft store near me. I'd love to be able to play with it in a store. I prefer the design of the venue pro to that of the focus but I'm not sure about the venue's form factor. I'm afraid it might be too big for my hands and I want to determine if the usability of the keyboard is worth the extra thickness.
