For those of you with Samsung Windows Phones, it looks like they've made their own eBook reader (via Kobo) for your device.
First impressions? Very nicely done by Sammy, but we have question its usefulness with the ubiquity of Amazon's Kindle/Marketplace. With Kobo, you'll have to create a userID if you don't have one and login under an Adobe account as well (ugh).However, if you're already a Kobo user, you'll love this app. If you're not, you'll admire it but pass.
Unfortunately it's not listed (yet) under the 'Samsung Zone' but you can get their by clicking here on your phone or just by doing the "find more SAMSUNG..." trick.

Whats with the dig on kobo? They're pretty cool and i believe Kobo does the entire ebook library for Borders so if you have borders books they should read on this (depending on how the sync works). Plus more competition = better :)Still waiting on nookbooks for WP7 though. I have a few that i'm just gonna rip the DRM from if they don't hurry their slow butts up
It's great to see another e-book reader on WP7. Now if B&N would get off their butt and get a Nook reader for WP7 created...

eBook maniac here, some thoughts:-Kindle app: like it a lot, but never liked its method of synching/saving the furthest read location. Very handy if you use multiple Kindle devices, but I hate closing the app by mistake, which causes the last-read location to be lost and I have to manually find it again.-Kobo: used it once because of a Borders offer, and it was unremarkable. Won't bother, particularly if Borders is facing financial issues.-Nook: on BlackBerry, it was the best ereader app I had. Huge library there. Can't wait for a WP7 port so I can go back to a price was between Amazon and B&N.
