Sprint's Q2-Q3 roadmap leaked

Here's a look at what Sprint supposedly has on deck for the next two quarters of the year, thanks to the ninjas over at the Boy Genius Report.

You'll note the Palm Treo Pro, which was just released. Slated for the second quarter is the HTC Willow, which we expect from those monster leak sheets to be a front-facing QWERTY messanger phone. Probably not as up to snuff as the Maple, but we'll see.

In Q3 is the Samsung Ace II. Dieter took a look at the original Ace about a year ago and was plesantly surprised.

Finally is the HTC Rhodium, which we expect to be the replacement for the Touch Pro.

What's it all mean? The rumors, conjecture and rampant speculation that we may see some of the new HTC phones on Sprint in the next couple of months is looking better. Or, ya know, we could all have egg on our face.

Spec sheets after the break, including for the Cedar, which we don't even see on this roadmap.

interesting that the map shows the Rhodium as end of Q3, but the individual slide clearly shows it as Q4.

says:

futhermore no menytion of the Diamond 2 either which supposedly should be out before the Rhodium/Pro2

xd1936 says:

Boy, that backing on the Touch Pro looks sweeeeet... A GSM World phone?? I just may have to get my hands on that and bring it over to Verizon :)
(otherwise, I'd have to wait until at least April of next year to see it on VZW)

Do you think it'll tilt up as well?
And Accelerometer is TBD?? Double-tee-eff?

says:

Wow, I really hope there's more to it than this. Where is the Diamond 2/Topaz??

I guess those rumors of matching the european May/June Diamond 2 launch window following CeBIT were way off.

Hello Samsung Ace II...

Finally, Sprint is bringing the hybrid phones to the table! Really looking forward to the AceII.

slbailey1 says:

When will the Diamand 2 be relased? That's the phone I want!

says:

No mention by you of the Palm P100 that's in the summary graphic. Is that a code name for the Pre?

says:

I'm assuming the Pre is considered its own special case at this point . . .

Still, I hope there's more to it than this. Like the Diamond2. Or even better, a Samsung Omnia-class device sure would be nice. Sprint's pretty much full-tilt HTC and while I still like my original Touch I'd really like to experience a phone with good drivers next time.

says:

Yeah, I didn't even see the Palm100 mentioned there. Oh well. That's going to be an interesting one to watch. It's got to be a home run for Palm if they hope to survive. That's a tall order in this economic climate.

slbailey1 says:

Do you thank the delay in the release of the Pre is pushing the Diamond 2 out of the Sprint lineup?

xd1936 says:

Yes, the P100 is the codename for the Pre

says:

sprint is really trying hard to put out some top of the line devices and hopefully this will get them back on track with the rest of the other providers. also glad i didnt used my mail in rebate for my diamond!

says:

Did you notice the OS for the Rhodium is listed as "7.x"?
