Star Warfare: Alien Invasion

If you are looking for a fast-paced alien shoot ‘em game for your Windows Phone 8 device, Star Warfare: Alien Invasion may be just what you’re looking for. The game calls upon you play the role of a soldier pitted against wave after wave of alien invaders.

Game play positions you over the shoulder of your character with virtual joysticks controlling movement and weapons fire. Star Warfare: Alien Invasion has a single player mode along with an online multiplayer mode.

The game reminds me a little of the movie Starship Troopers and in the short time we have had to tinker with Star Warfare: Alien Invasion it makes a nice first impression with attractive graphics and challenging game play. Star Warfare: Alien Invasion has been a popular gaming title over on iOS and is should share the same success here on the Windows Phone 8 platform.

Aliens are rather aggressive and enjoy attacking you from your blind side. It is easy to find yourself constantly moving to avoid these blind side attacks or at least minimizing the damage inflicted.

Overall, Star Warfare: Alien Invasion comes across as a fast paced, challenging Windows Phone 8 game. There are plenty of aliens to splatter, weapons to choose from and environments to conquer. Star Warfare: Alien Invasion is a free game for Windows Phone 8. It will install and play on low memory Windows Phones such as the Nokia Lumia 520.

You can pick up your copy of Star Warfare: Alien Invasion here in the Windows Phone Store.

Cool, can't wait to check out multiplayer. Just hope this isn't plagued with IAP's. I am more than happy to support developers though so don't get me wrong.

Hmm... a lot of similarities to old Halo games.
Edit: Can't download, I don't get apps/games if I can't read the publishers name.

If that's ur stance then you are missing out on a great game. If this is to the standard of their previous game Call of Arena, i expect it to be great.

Cool i respect ur stance but you are locking yourself off from some hidden gems. Maybe once wp gets more prominent and the store is more mature then these devs will be displayed in a manner to your liking.

That makes sense, but don't be quick to judge. I mean, in the end what I say doesn't matter, but I know some quality software from foreign countries. Maxthon is the first to come to mind. Maxthon cloud browser is sooooo ahead of chrome, but it's support is *mostly* in mandarin. Same with UC Browser. Just consider it, please?

Very impressed. Just played the first mission. The levels are really well done. With a little extra, this can definitely be a #1 game on windows phone, the way it is now can still achieve that. Objectives and missions with interactive things going on in game could be really cool.

At least this game doesn't require a pair of binoculars to see player in action and that too for FREE. HALO looks better in my PC than in my phone...

Alright, downloaded. Doesn't require wi-fi unless you go multiplayer. Played few levels of "Front Line" and the game is really impressive!

Really, really fun game. Just need to incorporate a few objectives or something in to spice up the gameplay. Also needs some work on the walking + shooting, the controls get really twitchy.

I never use to have this problem till I got a ss note 3. What are you using?
Have you fixed this issue?
Are you playing on the HD version?

there is anyway to rename the room for multiplayer games? or the player?

It gets hard to find friend's rooms =)

Also there is anyway to "pause" the session or something like that? i cant find any button around
