lumia 910

The Nokia Lumia 810 product page is now displayed on the T-Mobile US website. The device, an exclusive variation of the Lumia 820 available on AT&T, is on its way to the carrier but no pricing is yet available. The listing states the Lumia 810 is "coming soon" but we're yet to see any information on availability or how much it'll cost consumers.

We had a quick look at the Lumia 810, which sports a 4.3” OLED WVGA Clear Black display at 800x480 with an 8MP rear as well as a 1.2-megapixel Skype HD certified front-facing camera. In addition, T-Mobile will offer to interchangeable back overs in black or cyan. Hopefulyl we'll have more information soon.

Although we’re not expecting any Windows Phone 8 devices for months, it looks like Nokia may have a new device kicking around.

The Lumia 910 briefly popped up in Nokia’s Remote Device Access (RDA) tools which developer’s use to get access to the latest info on existing hardware.

So what is the Lumia 910? Some have speculated it may be a new Windows Phone 8 device but we’ve heard from sources that “910” is the designation for T-Mobile and that this is a variation of the Lumia 900. If true that would make this a Windows Phone 7.x device and not WP8. On the other hand, there’s little evidence suggesting T-Mobile is planning on releasing a Lumia 900-esque device anymore, especially with the no WP8 update happening.

We also saw the Lumia 910 pop u on a Dutch site with a 12MP camera instead of the normal 8MP on the 900, though nothing ever came of it.

We’ll have to keep an eye out to see if we can find any more on this device but we’d say to calm your expectations a bit for now.

Although Nokia likes to deny that there is a Lumia 910, the supposed European counterpart to the "exclusive" AT&T Lumia 900, we have our doubts. For one, it's pretty easy for Nokia to get around an "exclusive" device if they simply make it another model number and change some aspects e.g. adding a 12MP camera.

Either way, a vendor is advertising a "protective decal skin sticker" for the Lumia 900 and 910 on Amazon.com, noting that it's a precision cut protective decal.

Proof that a 910 exists? Far from it. But combined with that earlier listing on a Dutch site and we're starting to see quite a few "910" references out there in the wild.  We'll see what Nokia brings to the table in a few weeks in Barcelona though, but we're betting a 910 is getting more and more likely.

We've been hearing rumblings of a Nokia Lumia 910 recently--basically a Lumia 900 but with a 12.1MP camera instead of the 8MP on the AT&T version. That's not too shabby if true, especially for our European friends who are rumored to be getting the updated version by mid year.

Now we have the Lumia 910 showing up on a Typhone.NL a Dutch retail site for smartphones. The phone is clearly marked as the 910 and low and behold even has a matching 12MP camera to match those rumored specs. Could be coincidence, could be a retail site drumming up some hits or it could very well be the first solid evidence that this bad boy is coming sooner than later. Everything else is there too: 16GB of storage, front facing camera, HSDPA (21 Mb/s) and that 4.3" screen, of course.

In fact, dare we we say we're expecting Nokia to show of the Lumia 910 next month in Barcelona? They're not going to just re-hash a 900 release are they? We think not...
