On June 8, Microsoft will be opening its third Microsoft Store in Massachusetts; this one in Natick Mall, just outside the Greater Boston area. To help celebrate the momentous occasion, indie-rockers (somewhat) Weezer will be performing in the parking lot of The Verve Crowne Plaza Natick, across the street from Natick Mall, home of the new store.

This weekend we’ll be seeing some cool stuff on sale. If you were quick you grabbed a Nokia wireless charger for $25 last night. Don’t worry if you missed that, there’s plenty more to save on. The Microsoft Store is getting in the clearance mindset and has a handful of gadgets and gizmos for sale. Let’s check out some of the good ones.

Microsoft is getting ready to open its brick and mortar store in Salt Lake City, which will begin taking in customers on April 11th. Located at City Creek Center, Microsoft will be kicking off the ceremony with a follow-up special performance by Train, the popular and well-known band.

Microsoft has published a spcial offer on its Microsoft Store Facebook page. Microsoft has announced today plans to make its Surface RT tablet available at retail stores as soon as mid-December, to take full advantage of the holiday season. In addition to the extension of sources where Surface tablets will be available for consumers to purchase, Microsoft will also turn several of the temporary stores that were opened for the Surface launch into permanent retail outlets.

The first Microsoft Store in Canada has opened at Yorkdale Mall, Toronto. The brick and mortar store will provide Microsoft with the capacity to accommodate consumers inside a specially crafted experience to ensure everyone gets the most out of what the company has to offer - whether it be Windows 8, Windows Phone 8, cloud services, Office, Xbox and more.

To celebrate the launch of the Surface RT tablets, Microsoft is giving away a twelve month Xbox Music Pass ($99 value) to the first 100 people in line at their local stores.

There is also the hint of additional Xbox prizes to be given away at the launch events.
