For those of you who like to keep tabs of what your phone is doing and what cellular networks it’s talking to, you may want to pick up Cellular Live Tile to keep him out of trouble.

The app is simple enough yet well laid out and takes advantage of the doublewide tile for Windows Phone 7.8 and 8 users out there. It simply displays your phone’s current status: Data, Roaming, Speed, Network Type and Operator on the Tile, which also flips with more info.

With the launch of Microsoft's new Outlook.com, which is set to replace its current Live (formerly Hotmail) email service, a number of Windows Phone owners quickly acted to save their desired @outlook.com email address. All good and dandy, but using the new Outlook address in place of your Live ID is a separate matter.

Should you decide to completely replace your Live ID with your new Outlook address, then you'll be required to reset your Windows Phone to be able to make use of integrated services and the Marketplace. This is a pain for those who have a lot of apps installed and have the device set up to the way that suits the owner. The good news is that all your purchases are saved and moved across to the new Outlook address, but what if you weren't aware of the fact you'd need to reset your device and don't wish to do so?

New HTC Attentive Phone that integrates into Settings available [Mango]

We noticed the other day on the HTC Radar and Titan that HTC moved their Attentive Phone from an app to within Settings--something that Samsung recently did with their GPS enhancer.

Now that same Attentive Phone is available for current HTC users as well (Mango only) by simply heading to the Marketplace. Interestingly, HTC now has two versions of Attentive Phone--the app and the settings version. The settings are the exact same as the app--so in that sense all this buys you is one less thing to clutter up your programs. We like the idea, so why not? Pick it up here in the Marketplace--but only for Mango HTC devices.
