Tips and/or Software
Anthony asks:
I used to use this freeware app called minutesplus! for palm OS.
There is mobile dashboard out there for wm professional users. Are there any apps out there for wm standard?
I found various programs that will do this for the smartphone. I guess my real question is “Is it harder for programmers to design apps for wm standard as opposed to wm professional?”
Phone dashboard works on Pro, yes. There's also these for Pro:
...Another day out and I haven't found a minute counter for WM Standard yet. Any help?

It's a free service that you get an account for and add feed links to online, and the PPC client gets the new episodes for you. It's nice to have desktop management, and this program allows the option to install a today screen plugin with the latest episodes downloaded, but it does have a somewhat clunky interface and steep learning curve. At least have a look:http://www.hubdog.com/

@cadman
yup, that was the app that we didn't have for WM! lol
of course now with micro-SDs under the hood, it's less of an issue ;-)
Good point.
I will say this.
When I had the treo with palms os, using cases without access to the memory card was a pain unless you used a third party app to see it as an external drive.
I am going to reach out to developers to try and get someone to develop a minutes/ data manager for wm standard.
The 6.1 update isn't going over to well with some users of the q9c on sprint.

Yup, but I think now with 6, 8 and soon 16gb cards the need to switch is diminished from days of yore, thankfully.I am going to reach out to developers to try and get someone to develop a minutes/ data manager for wm standard.
Cool, keep us updated and we'll do a frontpage about it :thumbsup:
