WP7 Rumor: 2,000 apps at launch

Rumors of Windows Phone 7 hitting the shelves in Europe on October 21, 2010 isn't anything new. But we are now seeing signs that the Windows Marketplace will have over 2,000 applications at launch.

A leaked Three UK (wireless provider) document indicates that the Windows Marketplace will be well populated with applications at launch. A clear sign that developers have been working in high gear to give users plenty of choices at launch.
